The 110 lot residential subdivision also included a school site, a 90 place child care centre, a medical centre, and a future community facility site.

Millennium designed and built the townhouse and apartment complex in the style of a London, low rise, terrace development, a style of housing not previously seen in the Sunshine area.
Each of the 74 architecturally designed 2 and 3 bedroom units was based on one of 14 cutting edge designs which provided generous living spaces, balcony or courtyard open space, ample room for both indoor and outdoor entertaining, direct street access and garage parking.
One of the other significant features of the development is that its design incorporated the noise attenuation wall situated along the boundary of the Western Ring Road as the rear wall of the buildings. This design removed the unsightly appearance that such walls have created in many other similar situations. At the same time, the professional acoustic design and construction materials ensured that there was no noise impact on residents from the adjacent freeway.
The close proximity of the Glen Gala Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, several schools, the CBD, Melbourne Airport and numerous other community facilities have given rise to medium density housing in a style not seen before in Sunshine.
